The controller of the data collected on this website (irisgreen.eu) is Iris Green. You can get in touch at any time at informacion@irisgreen.eu.
2. What data we collect
When you use our subscription or download forms, we collect your email address if you provide it voluntarily.
If you use the comments system, you may comment as a guest using a name. An email address is optional and is used for reply notifications if you choose to provide it. The comments service may also process technical data needed for security, spam prevention and moderation, such as an IP address.
3. Purpose
- To send you the resource or download you requested.
- To let you know about new guides, articles and book releases.
- To publish, moderate and reply to comments when you use that feature.
We will not use your email for any other purpose, nor make automated decisions with it.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the corresponding box before submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your email while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it without delay.
6. Recipients and service providers
Forms are processed through Netlify (our hosting and form provider). When comments are enabled, comments are managed through Hyvor Talk. The music player is loaded from Spotify only when you choose to open it; at that point, your browser connects to Spotify and that service processes the data needed under its own privacy policy. Each provider processes the data necessary to deliver its service under its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal data.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to informacion@irisgreen.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will always be published on this page.
